The picturesque villages
of Luxembourg attracts visitors, as do the
skiing and hiking. The Moselle Valley holds
a number of wine festivals, between August
and November. Other events popular during
the year include parties to celebrate National
Day on the 23rd of June and a carnival held
six weeks before Easter.

Getting There: Visitors can enter Luxembourg by road along the
A6 (from Brussels) or the A3 (from Metz). There
are flights available between most major European
cities and Luxembourg International Airport, which
is 6 km outside of Luxembourg-City. There are
good rail links with the surrounding countries.
